About AnimaMoment
AnimaMoment is a brand operated by CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT SRL, Romanian VAT ID (CUI) 50663905, registered at Str. Iazului nr. 13-15, ap. 3.2, Cluj-Napoca, postal code 400615, Romania, producing personalized animated mini-films for special occasions.
How an order works
Orders start through the site's form or directly on WhatsApp. We discuss all details together (occasion, story, characters, duration) before starting work, and the final price is set based on these details.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the site are indicative, starting from $60 for any occasion — the final price increases based on complexity, length, number of characters and the details you want. The final price and payment method are agreed together on WhatsApp, before production begins.
Delivery
Delivery time varies between 24 hours and 7 days, depending on occasion and complexity — the exact time is confirmed at order time.
Changes and adjustments
We discuss the story and important details together before the final version of the video. The exact policy on included revisions will be published here.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel your order for free anytime before you approve the final story/script and we begin actual production — no charge applies until then. Once you've approved the final version and work has started, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded, since every video is personalized specifically for you (see also the "Right of withdrawal" section below). If the delivered result doesn't match what we agreed on together, contact us directly and we'll find a solution, case by case.
Right of withdrawal
AnimaMoment products are custom-made to each client's specific requirements (story, characters, occasion). Under Romanian consumer law (OUG 34/2014, art. 16(c), transposing EU Directive 2011/83), personalized products are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right for online orders. By confirming an order on WhatsApp, the client confirms understanding and agreement with this exception.
Usage rights
The delivered video may be freely used by the client for personal purposes (sharing on social media, keeping as a memory). AnimaMoment may ask the client's permission to use the video (in full or excerpts) in its own portfolio.
Limitation of liability
AnimaMoment makes every effort to deliver a quality product matching the discussed details, but cannot guarantee results identical to other examples shown, given the personalized nature of each order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law.
