Who we are

What data we collect
Through the order form on this site we collect: name, phone, email, occasion, description of the desired video, duration, and important characters. This data is NOT sent to or stored on our servers — the form uses it directly in your browser to prepare a WhatsApp message, which you choose to send.
What happens after you send the WhatsApp message
Once sent, the message and the following conversation are also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy. We use the conversation data to discuss, prepare and deliver your order. In addition, to learn which ads bring us customers, we may send Meta, via the Conversions API, information about the stage of the conversation (for example, that you placed an order), together with your phone number and name, in encrypted (hashed) form.
Legal basis and retention period
We process order data for the performance of our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Data sent to Meta for ad measurement is processed based on our legitimate interest in knowing which ads work (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); you can object at any time by messaging us, and we will stop sending your data. We keep order data (the conversation and any files received) for as long as needed to deliver the order, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting records, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Third-party providers
We use Resend to send order notification emails, WhatsApp (Meta) to communicate with you, Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel, Conversions API and the Facebook/Instagram ads platform) for ad measurement, and Vercel for website hosting and traffic statistics. These providers may process data outside Romania/the EU, under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and similar technologies
For traffic measurement we use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless tool — it sets no files in your browser and cannot identify you individually; the data is aggregate and anonymous. We also use Meta Pixel, a marketing cookie active from the moment you visit the site, which helps us understand which ads actually bring visitors and orders. If you fill in the order form, Meta Pixel may send Meta an encrypted (hashed) version of the name/email/phone you entered, to improve ad attribution accuracy ("Advanced Matching") — the data is not sent in plain text and is governed by Meta's own privacy policy. Besides the Pixel, the same events (page visits, clicks on the WhatsApp buttons) may also be sent to Meta from the server, via the Conversions API, so blocking the Pixel in your browser (e.g. with an ad-blocker) may not fully stop this. If you arrive on the site from an ad, we store in your browser, for 7 days, a short ad code (e.g. AM3) that appears at the end of the prefilled WhatsApp message, so we know which ad brought you; the code contains no personal data. If you'd rather not be tracked this way, message us and we'll help. Your browser may also use its own strictly necessary technical cookies (e.g. remembering the RO/EN language choice). If you contact us via WhatsApp, that app (Meta) may use its own cookies, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours.
Your rights
You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of the data you've sent us through conversation (e.g. on WhatsApp), under GDPR. You can contact us anytime for this, including any concern about the security of your data.
