From Photos to Mini-Film: Our Process, Step by Step
Why it helps to know what happens behind the scenes
Many people think an "AI animated video" means uploading a photo somewhere and getting an automatic result in a few seconds. That's not how we work. Every order starts with a real conversation and goes through several steps, with people on our team making decisions at each stage. Here's exactly what it looks like, so you know what to expect.
1. It all starts with you
Before we talk about photos or technical details, we want to get to know your story. In a short WhatsApp chat, we ask a few questions to understand the context: who you are, what you're celebrating and what really matters to you. Then, drawing on our experience with similar orders, we come back with recommendations and suggestions. The goal is to find together, through one small conversation, the moments that truly deserve a place in your animated story.
2. Reference photos: people, places, sometimes a voice
Once we know what story we're telling, we need some reference material: a few clear photos of the people who'll appear in the video, perhaps photos of a meaningful place (if the scene happens somewhere specific), and in some cases a voice recording, for narration or a personal message in the video.
3. The characters come to life
Using your reference photos, we build the Pixar/Disney-style animated characters so they look like you, only as 3D cartoons. This is the step that takes the most time and care, because it decides how well you'll "recognize yourselves" in the final film.
4. The script
With the characters and key moments in place, we write the script: the story itself, with the pacing, tone and details we talked about in the first step. This is where everything that happens in the video takes shape, scene by scene.
5. The first draft and your approval
Based on the script, we create a first version of the video and send it to you for approval. This is the moment to tell us if anything doesn't feel right. We adjust it together before the final version, precisely so there are no unpleasant surprises later on.
6. Delivery
Once you approve it, the video is finalized and delivered digitally, ready to share straight to WhatsApp, Instagram or TikTok. Total turnaround depends on the occasion and its complexity, from 24 hours for the simplest orders to 5 to 7 days for a fully personalized marriage proposal.
