Who We Are and Why We Started AnimaMoment
Why personalized animation used to be out of reach
A traditional animation studio usually charges very large sums for just a few minutes of content, the kind of budget only big companies or film productions have, not an ordinary family. By combining several tools, artificial intelligence among them, we've brought our production cost down to a level that makes us viable in the Romanian market. That lets us give families happy moments in the form of a cartoon, at a price ordinary families can afford.
Who's really on the other end of the WhatsApp chat
Not a bot, and not a call center. When you message us on WhatsApp, you're talking directly to someone from the AnimaMoment team, who'll go through your story, the details and any question you have, from the very first message all the way to delivery.
We're a registered company, not an anonymous account
AnimaMoment is a brand run by CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT SRL, based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania: a real, registered company that issues an invoice for every order. We're not an Instagram account with no one behind it.
What a great video means to us
Not something mass-produced as fast as possible, but a story crafted for each client, with an approval step before the final version, so the result really looks like you and tells your story, not a recycled template.
